    Problem

How this works

Anyone can read it
The board is public. You do not need an account, and you do not need to be a customer, to see exactly what is being worked on.
Posting and voting need a MAI account
You sign in with a 6-digit code sent to your email — no password. That is what keeps one person to one vote.
Nothing is deleted quietly
If something is not going to happen, it gets marked as such with a reason rather than sinking out of sight. A roadmap you can only agree with is not a roadmap.
I read every one
There is no support tier and no ticket queue. Posts land in front of the person who writes the code.
