Pricing idea for Atlas
Usage-based tier could open Atlas to smaller teams. Sketch the ladder before Thursday.
The Today screen — today's meetings, focus priorities and latest notes — playing a live demo: a voice note is recorded, AI transcribes and files it, and the finished note opens with its summary and extracted tasks.
Talk to it anywhere. Let its AI notetaker sit in your meetings. Everything you capture becomes context. Then connect Claude and ask about your own week — it answers from your notes, not the public web.

Most “second brain” apps are a graveyard. MAI is different on both sides of the loop.
Most “second brain” apps are a graveyard — you dump things in and never see them again. MAI is different on both sides of the loop.
Effortless in
The phone screen shows the MAI brain mark with pulsing rings — the center of the loop.
AI-readable out — and back
You speak at ~130 words a minute and type at ~40. So just talk — in the car, on a walk, between meetings. In whatever language you think in — mixed, accented, mid-sentence switches included. AI turns the ramble into a clean note with a summary and the tasks you mentioned.
The recording sheet: pulsing rings around a microphone, a running timer, and Pause, Stop and Save buttons — with a photo attachment button and a note chip riding below the sheet.
Ideas don’t wait for you to be at your desk. MAI captures from your wrist, from your share sheet, from anywhere — so nothing good is lost to a workout, a commute, or a scroll.
A link shared from YouTube being saved into your brain over the dimmed feed — AI extracts the context so you can ask about it anytime.
Paste a meeting link — or connect Google Calendar and it’s automatic. MAI’s notetaker joins the call, records, and hands you the notes before you’re back at your desk.
A processed meeting: platform and status chips, an audio recording, and extracted action items with Approve and Dismiss buttons.
Weeks of voice notes, meetings and tasks — one question away. Ask Mai like you’d ask a person, and get back what you actually said, decided and promised. In seconds, not in twenty open notes.
The Mai assistant overlay: a question asked across your notes, Mai's synthesized answer, Copy, Save as Entry and Add Task actions, and an ask-about-your-notes input bar.
This is what makes MAI an agent-first note taker: your AI stops forgetting you. Connect MAI and ask a real question — the answer comes grounded in your meetings, notes and commitments, not the public web. One link, and you never re-explain yourself again.
Works with claude.ai, Claude Desktop and Claude Code — and any MCP client. You approve access; revoke it anytime.

Hold a key and talk — formatted text lands at your cursor in any app. Meetings get caught before they start. Everything you capture at your desk lands in the same brain as everything you speak on the go.
See the Mac app →The iPhone slides offstage. In its place, a Mac desktop scene: MAI dictation formatting speech into a Mail compose window, with the floating recording HUD beneath.
Every note is embedded and linked semantically — people, projects and themes cluster into a living map of your thinking. This is “Your Brain,” and it grows every time you speak.
The Mac app's Brain window: the knowledge-graph galaxy at desktop size — one vividly connected cluster, named project orbs, and the Tree, Focus and Galaxy lens switcher.
Interconnectivity between all your tasks, ideas and meetings.
A second brain shouldn’t just store — it should advise. Each morning MAI reads everything new and hands you Today’s Focus: the three things that matter most, and why.
The morning Focus Brief sheet: three ranked priorities with the reason behind each, your ventures, and a parking lot for not-today ideas.
Every commitment you speak — and every action item your meetings produce — lands on one daily list. The Priority Matrix files each task by urgency and importance, so you always know what’s next.
The Priority Matrix: tasks auto-filed into Do, Schedule, Delegate and Eliminate quadrants.
An agent-first note taker works where you build, too: the same connector powers Claude Code. Discussed improvements in yesterday’s meeting? Tell your agent to plan them — it reads the transcript through MAI, pulls what was agreed, and turns it into a real plan for your codebase.
Add it to Claude Code in one line:
claude mcp add --transport http mai https://maicontext.com/mcpThe desktop app is the other half of MAI: your voice in every text field, your meetings caught before they start, and the whole brain on a screen with room to read it.
You talk, your second brain shapes what you said, and formatted text lands at your cursor with your names spelled right.

From the founder
I have ADHD, and I’m dyslexic. Reading and typing for long stretches has never worked for me — but my brain never stops: ideas, decisions, things that need to happen. For years, the gap between what I thought and what I managed to write down was where good ideas went to die.
I run four companies. I build web apps, run an agency and two AI hackathons. I have a beautiful family and a girlfriend I want to be fully present for. None of that works if capturing a thought means stopping to type it.
So I solved my own problem. I talk — on a walk, in the shower, straight after a meeting — and MAI turns it into my context: organized, connected, ready to use. That context follows me into Claude and every coding agent I work with. For me it’s not a notes app. It’s part of my operating system.
— The maker of MAI
This isn’t a demo script — it’s my routine.
Morning
The brief comes to me.
My Focus Brief reads the last few days of entries and tells me where today’s focus should be. I don’t rebuild my priorities from memory — the brain does it.
All day
Capture without breaking stride.
In-person meetings and discussions I record from my Watch or my phone. Online, my notetaker joins the call. Ideas arrive mid-walk or in the shower — I just talk. Everything lands as clean notes and actions, not raw transcripts.
After
I point my AI at it.
Follow-ups go through Claude — any AI chat works. Based on the last meeting, or my discussion with this person about this project:
Anytime
Ideas come back home.
A new idea becomes a project that holds everything — thoughts, videos, references. I think it through with Claude, and when we land somewhere I really like, I summarize it back into the brain. It works in both directions.
Everything else working quietly underneath the five big moves.
